Yes, I have one Patrick that came with my Formula Ford. How soon do you want the details? I am useless at posting pics, drawings etc but could take some photos and dimensions and send to you via "snail mail".

Well, you are in luck, I found this on a go kart forum, there appears to be no copyright on it.
All I had to do was join the forum.

An update on quicklift jacks
I built one, but didn't use the above plans, they seemed unnecessarily difficult in the shape - lots of cutting and fitting angles and I wanted a bit more pivot bearing surface than just a hole drilled thru square tube. Here is what I have come up with.
It started with an 11" lift, similar to the 12" lift above, I figured 12" too much. 11" proved too much and I bent the handle lifting the engine end of the car, the front was fine, as was my ride on mower.
It now has a 9" lift and seems OK, but a little marginal lifting the engine end, I bent the previously bent handle again which is made from 28 x 1.6 ERW. Possibly 28x2 erw, or maybe an insert to stiffen up the base will work and an 8"lift would also be fine. The plans posted above with 1"sq tube will be completely inadequate.
BTW, the handle comes out with one of those push button detentes you see on tent polls.
