Hi

Ok. No problem. Once we know where you're staying and we can start putting together a plan and work out pick up and drop off times.
Have you been up here before?

Cheers
Cliff

In my 22 years in NZ I have been in Auckland about 2 days and 5 hours, I stayed with a friend in Mission Bay for a couple of days and we did the Auckland Museam on the hill because I wanted to see the A6M5 Zero (Japanese fighter plan) it had hanging up in the roof, other than that the other time was for a 8 hour confrence :(.

That's always the way. My SI experience is much the same.
Have a think about anything in particular that you want to see/do/go.
I've got a pass for the day so we can do/go where ever you like.
If not I'll come up with something.

Cheers

Hi Stephen

Te Atatu south is just about the furtherest place you could be from my house and still be in the same city :D
I'm guessing you'll be catching the ferry in downtown Auckland so it's closer for me to pick you up there.
At the end of the day it doesn't really matter where. I'll call you.

Cheers

Hi Stephen,

if you're catching the car ferry to Waiheke, its from Half Moon Bay, 5 minutes up the road from me.
I can always meet you there, won't be in a 7 though :(

Whatever suits everyone..

Mark Cliffs picking me up in his Seven if its running ok after his Dyno report and then showing me some of the Auckland sights :) if your keen to meet up for say a beer and pub lunch with us then that would be great and maybe a look at your build before I head on the ferry later to the Island. Im just keen to meet anyone from the forums who is in Auckland and active on here while im up there.

Hi guys

The car is fine.
I gave it a blast on the way back from Mark's and it's going really well.
We were talking about the 20th.
Stephen, how about I pick you up from where you're staying (early) and the we head over to Simon's we all head down to see Mark's build then drive over to Alfriston to see Wayne cut some grass. We could stop up on One Tree Hill for a view of the city along the way.
James, it'll be cool if you can join us. I don't know where you live but we can stop in on the way past. After we finish at Alfriston we could then take the coast rd out to Kaiaua for fish & chips for lunch.
After that we'll slowly make our way back towards the Ferry. People are welcome to join up or leave at any point along the way.

Cheers
Cliff
