Hi guys I guess after this morning I can now move to here. Got Wof Reg and Insurance all done today and yesterday. So I'm on the road now.
so took a work mate for a hoon at lunch out to the blue lake.....burst a water hose a little bit, but thats why we have engineers at work with spare parts :-)

well....... finished, yeah right. Sprung a leak in the rear t connector and at the master cylinder. First the rear T was put in a position that makes maintenance very difficult, so that needed to be moved (new bundy lines from front. Then the master cylinder would not stop leaking at the rear line junction, found to be stripped thread in the master, so out with that. On the shelf in the shed was a nissan master cylinder from what I dont know. So I put that in, but only two outputs so new front bundy needed. My original setup used the mx5 clutch master, but that meant the line in had to go through the brake master. So I decided to change that out also with a trogan trailer master. Also meant I had to add a bit to the clutch pedal to get the right swing as the clevis was about 20mm too short. Hopefully back on the road and stopping by the weekend.

Im thinking about redoing the aluminum panels. but then I think it might be easier to just paint the ones I have. The reason for change is the I have re-positioned the guards both front and back and have a surplus of holes. I though about boxing the holes up and giving them to Iain for his chevron, but I cant get them out. So anyway what is the best way to fill them ( all 6mm )?

I have also started a new 30 l tank as 20 l is just too small for out weekend drives
cheers John
